$.03 a square inch. We do not charge you more for dense quilting patterns. We do not charge you for the Pantograph design file. We do not charge a thread fee. We also include a free trimming service if you request it. Multiply the length of the top by the width of the top and then multiply that number by .03 to calculate the price of your quilting. We would love to provide the batting but remember this is an additional expense. (See the calculator on the pricing section)

• 80/20 - 80% Cotton, 20% polyester. $.60 per liner inch.
• Cotton - 100% cotton in natural. $.66 per liner inch.
• Bamboo - A luxurious blend of bamboo, silk, tencel, and cotton. $.80 per liner inch.
• Wool - Warm and snuggly. $.90 per liner inch.

We stock most all battings and we pass along our discount to you so feel free to just bring the top.  If you want to provide your own batting please make sure that it is 5 inches longer than the length and 5 inches wider than the width of the quilt.  

Example:

Quilt Top is 60"x60" then you will need a batting size of 65"x65" minimum.

In order for the long arm to work its magic, the backing should be at least 4" bigger than your quilt top on all four sides. This means that if you have a 60" x 72" quilt top, your backing should be at least 68" x 80". If your backing is directional, you can also mark its top with a piece of tape. That way everything will line up as you had hoped.

Absolutely,  We love the soft and cuddly backings.  We do ask that the backing is at least 5 inches on all sides larger than the quilt top when using cuddle.  

We have thousands of designs and the library is growing daily.  I am happy to pick a design for you or give you a few options.  Another option is for you to find an Edge to Edge design you like on the websites listed below.  Let us know the name of the design at check in and we will  get it for you.

• Press the quilt top and backing
• Trim all loose threads from the quilt top (we do our best to remove threads if we see them but you should do this prior for best results)
• Ensure that the backing is the correct size and cut straight.  
• If you have to piece the backing please make sure the seem runs the width of the quilt from side to side not from top to bottom.

Express Quilting: $50.00 this is a guaranteed 3 day turnaround on your quilt.

Sure up Trimming: $32.00 if you have an exact dimension you need the quilt trimmed to.

Machine Bindings: $.25 a linear Inch. You supply the binding and we will sew it on with care.

Yes we have a $60.00 quilting minimum.  This will cover 2 hours of quilting time. Good for quilts that are 45"x45" or smaller.  (Does not include batting.)

We will do everything we can to ensure that your quilt turns out great.  We check each and every quilt, front and back, before it's returned.  This allows us to catch anything that might need to be fixed.  We continuously check tension to make sure your quilt has pretty stitches, front and back.

Not at this time... We have one amazing computerized longarm machine that is focused on fast turnaround times.  We recommend Vicki at Orchid Owl Quilting, she is amazing. This type of quilting usually takes 5-8 months.
