Quilt Quest: Engage!

Before you send in your quilt top and backing please make sure: 

1. The backing is cut straight and at least 4" larger than the quilt top on all sides. If you are using Minky or Cuddle backing please add in 5" larger on all sides.
2. Remove all loose thread or pet hair from the quilt top. 
3. Press the backing and the top. Remember, seams to the dark side or open for best results.

Package up the top and backing into a nice weather proof box or strong shipping bag.  We suggest wrapping them in a plastic bag inside the box to keep out any unexpected moisture.

We have never had a top get lost but please make sure you buy the tracking service and do insure the package so that you are covered. UPS, USPS, and Fedex all work great but do get a receipt for the shipment.

Once we receive the the package we will send you an email letting you know that it has arrived safe and sound. During intake we will inspect the top and backing then check it into our system and in-line with the form you submitted today. 

When it comes time for the quilt to be put on the frame we may need to call you to go over notes you left us or color choices or just for an update. "Fiona" then quilts with care. After the quilt is finished and all other services are complete,  you will receive an invoice to pay via email. 

After payment is received we will carefully package your finished quilt up and ship it out within 24 hours of payment.
