Our pricing is simple and transparent—just $0.03 per square inch. We believe in offering great value, which is why we don't charge extra for dense quilting patterns or the Pantograph design file. Heck yes!  As long as you understand that it will make the quilt heaver and warmer. We highly recommend it for people that want the quilting texture and stitches to really pop.  Looks amazing on bed spreads and snuggle quilts.

We buy batting in large bulk rolls and pass along the savings to you. It is much cheaper and easier for you to let us supply the batting.

• Cotton - 100% Cotton in Natural. $.50 per liner inch.
• 80/20 - 80% Cotton, 20% Polyester. $.55 per liner inch.
• Bamboo - A luxurious blend of Bamboo, silk, tencel, and cotton. $.60 per liner inch.
• Wool - Warm and snuggly. $.80 per liner inch.

We stock most all battings and we pass along our discount to you so feel free to just bring the top. If you want to provide your own batting please make sure that it is 5 inches longer than the length and 5 inches wider than the width of the quilt.  

Example:

Quilt Top is 60"x60" then you will need a batting size of 65"x65" minimum.

In order for the long arm to work its magic, the backing should be at a minimum 4" bigger than your quilt top on all four sides. This means that if you have a 60" x 72" quilt top, your backing should be at least 68" x 80". If your backing is directional, you can also mark its top with a piece of tape. That way everything will line up as you had hoped.

Absolutely,  We love the soft and cuddly backings. We do ask that the backing is at least 5 inches on all sides larger than the quilt top when using cuddle.  

Nope, We only need a top and a backing. Basting doesn't allow us to load the quilt properly onto the frame.

• Press the quilt top and backing
• Trim all loose threads from the quilt top (we do our best to remove threads if we see them but you should do this prior for best results)
• Ensure that the backing is the correct size and cut straight.  
• If you have to piece the backing please make sure the seem runs the width of the quilt from side to side not from top to bottom.

The perfect old-fashioned 100% pure cotton batting

• 100% renewable cotton
• All natural-no dyes or bleaches
• Ideal for all fabric quilts and crafts
• Machine or hand quilt up to 4" apart

DIRECTIONS:

*DO NOT machine wash or dry batting before quilt-ing. However, if pre-shrinkage is desired pre-wash by hand. Soak in warm water for 15 minutes. Squeeze out excess moisture by rolling in a dry towel. Air dry by laying flat. After quilting, quilts using this batting can be machine washed normally with a mild detergent and dried on the delicate cycle. *There will be a 1-5% shrinkage on the first wash. Always label your quilt with the batting type.

WINLINE 100% Bamboo

Gorgeously Green premium sustainable bamboo batting.

• High-quality sustainable/ renewable filers

Yes, we have a $60.00 quilting minimum. This will cover 2 hours of quilting time. Good for quilts that are 45"x45" or smaller. (Does not include batting.)

We will do everything we can to ensure that your quilt turns out great. We check each and every quilt, front and back, before it's returned. This allows us to catch anything that might need to be fixed.  We continuously check tension to make sure your quilt has pretty stitches, front and back.

Not at this time... Free motion, custom quilters are truly amazing artists. We appreciate and love the creativity and amazing work that they bring to the quilting community. I have one efficient computerized longarm machine that is focused on fast turnaround times and E2E work. We recommend my good friend and mentor Vicki at Orchid Owl Quilting.  She is based out of Las Vegas, does amazing work and has all the ribbons to prove it. This type of quilting usually takes 3-8 months to complete.

We accept Cash and all major credit cards including Apple Pay. We do not accept Checks, Venmo, PayPal nor Money Orders. You will be emailed an invoice to pay online. If you are a local customer you may also pay in the studio with tap or chip. All payments must be received before the quilt is returned or picked up.
