Checklist
✅ Quilt Top Prep
Remove all loose threads or pet hair from the quilt top.
Press the quilt top. Remember, seams to the dark side or open for best results.
✅ Backing Prep
Make sure the backing is cut straight and at least 4" larger than the quilt top on all sides. If you are using Minky or Cuddle backing please add in 5" larger on all sides. Press the backing. Backing seems should run along the width of the quilt.

Do I need an appointment?
We work by appointment only so we can give each quilt—and each customer—our full, uninterrupted attention. This ensures accurate intake, personalized design discussions, and a smooth drop-off experience without delays.
Can I choose the design at drop‑off?
Yes! You can pick your pantograph and thread color during your drop-off appointment, or bring ideas and we’ll help you choose something that complements your quilt beautifully.
How or when do I pay?
We will send you an invoice once your quilting project is complete. You may pay online or in person with tap or chip. Major credit cards, Apple Pay and cash are acceptable. PayPal, Personal Checks, Money Orders and Venmo are not accepted.
Do you bind quilts?
Yes! We offer binding services for an additional fee. You can choose machine binding for durability
What if my top has wavy borders?
Not every quilt top is born perfect. Maybe it’s got a wavy border, a few unruly seams, or a bit of “creative interpretation” in the piecing. We get it—and we’ve got you. Precision Promise™ is our way of saying: no judgment, just extra attention. This service includes a hands-on evaluation, careful loading, tension monitoring, and adaptive quilting techniques to give your top the best possible finish. $40 Fee
