Finish a quilt top and pair it with the perfect backing fabric. Start to think about what edge to edge design would look best on the quilt. How dense do you want the quilting? Decide on a thread color. (we are here to help with all of these questions)

2. Place an Order

Use the ‘Start a Mail-In Quilt Order’ wizard below to let us know your quilt masterpiece is on the way. The process is simple and takes just 2–3 minutes. Submitting your order registers your project, lets you share your vision, and secures your spot on our quilting calendar. No payment is required at this time. An order confirmation email will be sent.

3. Prepare

Before you send in your quilt top and backing please make sure:

The backing is cut straight and at least 4" larger than the quilt top on all sides. If you are using Minky or Cuddle backing please add in 5" larger on all sides.
Remove all pins, loose thread or pet hair from the quilt top.
Press the backing and the top. Remember, seams to the dark side or open for best results.

4. Package

A very satisfied customer is prepping a quilt top and backing to be shipped to Kaysville Utah.

Package up the top and backing into a nice weather proof box or strong shipping bag. We suggest wrapping them in a plastic bag inside the box to keep out any unexpected moisture.

Please make sure you buy the service with tracking and the suitable amount of insurance. UPS, USPS, and Fedex all work great for delivery to us. This should not cost more than 15$.

Once we receive the the package we will send you an email letting you know that it has arrived safe and sound. During intake we will inspect the top and backing then check it into our system and in-line with the form you submitted today.

When it comes time for the quilt to be put on the frame we may need to call you to go over notes you left us or color choices or just for an update. "Fiona" then quilts with care. After the quilt is finished and all other services are complete, you will receive an invoice to pay via email.
