Finish a quilt top and pair it with the perfect backing fabric.  Start to think about what edge to edge design would look best on the quilt.  How dense do you want the quilting? Decide on a thread color. (we are here to help with all of these questions)  

Use the ‘Start a Mail-In Quilt Intake Form' below to let us know your quilt masterpiece is on the way. The process is simple and takes just 60 seconds. Submitting your order registers your project, lets you share your vision, and secures your spot on our quilting calendar. No payment is required at this time. An order confirmation email will be sent.

Before you send in your quilt top and backing please make sure: 

1. The backing is cut straight and at least 4" larger than the quilt top on all sides. If you are using Minky or Cuddle backing please add in 5" larger on all sides.
2. Remove all pins, loose thread or pet hair from the quilt top. 
3. Press the backing and the top. Remember, seams to the dark side or open for best results.

Package up the quilt top, backing and binding if applicable into a strong poly shipping bag. We will need the weight and dimensions of the package.

Once we receive the the package we will send you an email letting you know that it has arrived safe and sound. During intake we will inspect the top and backing then check it into our system and in-line with the form you submitted today. 

When your quilting date arrives Chelsa will send you a thread audition for discussion. Also, she will help you pick a quilting design and density that works. After the quilt is finished and all other services are complete, you will receive an invoice to pay via email. 

After payment is received we will carefully package your finished quilt up and ship it out within 24 hours of payment free of charge.
